Services
Everything between deciding to go and stepping off the plane.
Studying abroad is a sequence, and each stage gates the next one. These are the stages we handle, in the order they happen.
Profile evaluation
We read your marksheets, backlogs, test scores, budget and study gaps, and tell you which countries and course levels are genuinely open to you. Free, and deliberately blunt. You leave the first session knowing what is realistic rather than what is flattering.
Course and university shortlisting
A shortlist of ambitious, matched and safe options across 650+ partner universities, with the reason each one is on the list. We shortlist on course content and outcomes first, ranking second, a well-taught programme at a mid-ranked university beats a weak one with a famous name.
Test preparation
IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo, GRE and GMAT coaching at the Jaipur centre or online, planned backwards from your intake deadline so a retake still fits inside the window.
Applications and statement of purpose
Transcripts, letters of recommendation, portfolios and portal submissions, tracked against a deadline calendar you can see. Your statement of purpose is drafted with you in the room, not written for you, because credibility interviews test whether you can defend what you wrote.
Scholarships and education loans
Merit and need-based scholarship applications, plus collateral and non-collateral loan arrangements with banks and NBFCs. Funding conversations happen with parents present, with a written cost breakdown covering tuition, living costs, travel and the first year’s buffer.
Visa filing
Document checks, financial evidence prepared to each country’s specific rules, mock interviews and submission. This is the stage where avoidable refusals happen, so it is the stage we spend the most time on.
Accommodation, forex and travel
Verified student housing booked before you fly, currency transfer, travel insurance, a SIM that works on arrival, and a pre-departure briefing covering everything from bank accounts to part-time work rules.
After you land
Your counsellor stays reachable, and your parents have a Jaipur number to call. Settling in is part of the service, not the end of it.
Next step
Start with an honest conversation.
